The votes are in! After listening to student feedback and votes, Danbury Health & Wellness has officially been rebranded as Laker Strength & Movement! 💪⚓🌊

Designed for all students - not just competing athletes - this program focuses on lifting fundamentals, healthy movement, building confidence, training with friends, and having fun while becoming stronger and healthier Lakers! #AnchorDown

WHO: Any Middle School student (Grades 7–8) or High School student (Grades 9–12) interested in lifting fundamentals, movement activities, and training in a supportive environment
DAYS & TIMES:
  • June 1st - 17th - Mondays & Wednesdays @ 9:30am-10:30am 
  • June 18th - 26th - NO CLASS
  • June 29th - Aug 15th - Mondays & Wednesdays @ 9:30am-10:30am 
WHERE: Norton Athletic Center

*All students must have either a current/valid OHSAA physical or a parental signed waiver to participate.
